Highway 4 was one of my favorite dining experience I have ever had-in my life! Knowing that Vietnamese cuisine may be a little eccentric, I was ready to try things my taste buds have never met! We learned about this unique dining experience from one of #AndrewZimmerman shows on Hanoi Cuisine.
It was monsoon season when we were there, but the thigh high water and gushing rainfall did not deter us from making out walk around town to find this place!
As you enter the restaurant you are seated at a low table with fluffy pillows, shoes are left at the door. It is the ultimate Vietnamese dining experience.
The menu is categorized by sea, ocean, flight, and land animals or meals.

We ordered rabbit legs and cricket spring rolls, washed down with Vietnamese brewed Tiger beer.
The meal was presented very decoratively and decadently. The food was incredible and the closest you could get in eating an authentic Vietnamese meal.
