If you have not seen the top of the Empire State building, or any very tall building for that matter, this is worth the $100+ ticket to ride to the top.
At nearly half a mile tall, the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, fastest elevator, highest nightclub, highest New Year’s display, tallest free standing construction, and the list goes on. Construction began in 2004 and doors opened in 2010. The history and timeline of the construction are interesting and included in the tour. You can pay for a basic ticket, or a little more will get you a single glass of champagne, appetizer, and top-top floor access. Not worth the extra cost, in my opinion, the view and pictures will satisfy.
The views are unlike anywhere else in the world, and you can’t beat the 15 or so impressive titles this building has achieved.
For the sake of being at the tallest building in the world, and looking over the Arabian desert, I give this a worthwhile recommendation.
